I had my first 6-figure year, my third year in business. The following January, I made $80k (sales, not cash) and I thought: finally, I’ve made it. I can stop hustling now. I can take it easy. I can rest.


That year turned into my first multiple-6-figure year, but it also came with a rude awakening: no amount of cash was going to fix my need to hustle.


Not just in a mindset way (though that too), but in a very practical way:

My business wasn’t set up for real, lasting Sustainable Success.

And so I took a pretty big step back. I began asking myself big questions about my values, priorities, desires, and needs.
